Margaret Janell Tracey (Doty)
Margaret Janell Tracey, 87, of Huntsville, passed away Saturday evening, June 18, 2016,
at Mary Rutan Hospital, Bellefontaine, OH.
Margaret was born on November 18, 1928 in Lima, Ohio to the late Charles Phillip and Julia May Purdy Doty. On October 10, 1950 she married Robert Donald Tracey and he preceded in her death on January 22, 1997. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sheila R. Martin and a brother, Jack D. Doty.
She is survived by two sons, Steve Tracey and Bruce (Carol) Tracey, both of Huntsville, seven grandchildren, Shawn, Travis, Stephanie, Janell, Steven, Tanya and Christine, 12 great grandchildren, a sister, Ruth M. Foster of Oceanside, CA. and one niece and two nephews.
Margaret was a homemaker and also a caregiver. She attended Huntsville United Methodist Church and she also enjoyed volunteering her time at Huntsville Elementary School.
Reverend Bryan Meadows will begin funeral services at 2:00 pm, Friday, June 24, 2016 at Shoffstall Funeral Home North Chapel, 115 N Main St, Lakeview with visitation from 12-2 pm. Burial is in Huntsville Cemetery, Huntsville, Ohio.
Contributions may be given to Huntsville United Methodist Church, or Homestead of Logan Acres Activity Fund.
